Consignment Account Manager

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of 40+ high-value consignor accounts as primary contact
• Build strong relationships through proactive communication and account management
• Deliver luxury-level service and maximize consignor value
• Reactivate inactive suppliers and strengthen partnerships
• Execute outreach to increase supplier engagement and inventory supply
• Collaborate cross-functionally to fulfill consignor needs

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years in account management, client success, or sales
• Strong client relationship skills with professional service
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills with multiple high-value accounts
• Comfortable working toward inventory growth targets and KPIs
• Collaborative, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial
