Consumer Compliance Manager - UDAAP and Reg E focused

📋 Description

• Own and maintain the U.S. Consumer Compliance framework, serving as the subject matter expert on
• Conduct ongoing compliance reviews of consumer-facing flows, terms of service, disclosures
• Oversee and enhance Reg E error resolution timelines, root-cause analysis for consumer complaints
• Lead preparations for consumer compliance examinations and audits; manage project plans, scoping
• Own, update, and operationalize consumer compliance policies, ensuring alignment with evolving
• Partner with product, operations, legal, and customer support teams to integrate consumer

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of compliance experience in a financial services, fintech, or banking environment
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Reg E (electronic fund transfers, error resolution
• Direct experience managing consumer complaint trends, conducting UDAAP risk assessments, and
• Proven track record supporting regulatory examinations, internal audits, and executing formal
• Working knowledge of broader financial regulatory frameworks, including BSA/AML and state-level
• Experience collaborating with product, customer operations, and engineering teams to implement
