Controllership Director and Chief of Staff to CAO

📋 Description

• Strategic Chief of Staff supporting the Controllership org.
• Hybrid role; half CoS duties, half special projects.
• Advise Controllership leadership; align priorities and execution.
• Lead finance transformation, automation, and system upgrades.
• Synthesize analyses; prepare executive briefings and presentations.
• Own budget processes and monitor KPIs for the function.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years in finance, accounting, or operations with controllership exposure.
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven record building new processes with a hands-on approach.
• Experience in FP&A, M&A, and external reporting desirable.
• SQL and/or Python for data analysis and workflow automation.
