📋 Description

• Negotiate, draft, and review commercial agreements concerning online subscription software, data
• Work with the global Legal and People teams on employment law matters.
• Provide strategic and practical legal advice on corporate governance and other legal projects as

🎯 Requirements

• Admitted to practise in an Australian jurisdiction, with a current or readily obtainable practising
• 5+ years post-qualification experience, ideally featuring a mix of private practice and in-house
• 5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating technology contracts such as software licenses
• Experience working directly with sales representatives and advising business teams on issues
• Substantive experience handling employment matters.
• Ability to analyse problems and recommend practical solutions that balance legal and business risks.
