📋 Description

• Advise global sales on transactional matters for Axon's public safety products.
• Structure, review, and negotiate contracts for goods, services, and SaaS.
• Provide options and risk analyses for contract negotiations.
• Supervise and review Contracts Managers' work.
• Lead contracting processes to scale, including templates and risk analyses.
• Support the contract lifecycle management system development.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate high-volume contracts (SaaS, hardware, services).
• Experience negotiating IP licensing and ownership agreements.
• J.D. and active U.S. state bar membership.
• Experience designing, implementing, and administering contract lifecycle processes.
• Deep understanding of contract tools: Generative AI, Salesforce, CLMs, MS Office.
