Corporate Counsel, Dispute Resolution

📋 Description

• Take ownership of Adyen’s disputes end to end, advising the business on commercial outcomes and
• Manage disputes across multiple jurisdictions, applying and coordinating advice under New York
• Instruct, oversee, and manage external counsel, keeping matters on strategy, on budget, and moving
• Partner with teams across the business to resolve disputes and remove friction before it escalates.
• Once a matter concludes, work with the business to close out risk areas and feed lessons learned
• Apply AI actively in your work, using Adyen's tools to sharpen and scale how the Dispute Resolution

🎯 Requirements

• You are admitted to practice law in a US jurisdiction.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• You are a team player who likes to collaborate and include different people to sharpen your ideas.
• You have the ability to structure and prioritize in a high volume, fast-paced environment and
• You are available to work from our New York office and travel to other offices periodically.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
