📋 Description

• Develop ad concepts grounded in Open’s practices and products, audience motivations, cultural
• Write clear, compelling copy across hooks, scripts, headlines, and ad messaging that reflects
• Shape hooks, scripts, storyboards, and messaging angles for creator content, testimonials, product
• Translate ideas into production-ready briefs with clear direction for talent, visuals, pacing, and
• Partner with designers, editors, creators, and the growth team to take concepts from brief through
• Manage creative production timelines, feedback, and deliverables across multiple concepts and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships
• Experience working on brand partnerships or sponsored campaigns, and an understanding of what
• A strong network of creators and agents, and a sharp eye for who is right for a brand
• Comfortable negotiating rates and terms, and managing budgets and contracts
• Excellent communicator who builds real relationships with creators and partners alike
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to run many creators and campaigns at once
