• Vet creators for fit before anyone is briefed: on-camera credibility, prior paid-social work
• Keep a bench of vetted, ready-to-brief creators so the pipeline never depends on who happens to be
• Replace underperformers quickly and double down on creators whose videos win in paid
• Negotiate and close creator deals within our guardrails: per-video rates, deliverable counts
• Issue contracts and keep terms consistent across the roster so the program stays predictable as it

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years running creator or UGC programs for a DTC brand, agency, or creator marketplace, with real
• A natural recruiter: you know where good creators are, how to reach them, and how to tell in one
• Comfortable negotiating and closing deals: rates, rights, and deliverables, with a bias toward
• Organized at scale: you can run dozens of creators and deadlines at once without things slipping
• A clear communicator: asks creators actually follow, feedback they can act on
• Fluent in what performs on Meta and TikTok, so your recruiting and your asks are tuned to paid
