Customer Marketing Associate, Promotional Strategy

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day promotional execution, including coordinating operational setup and developing and
• Manage core promotional processes, including Legal reviews and term development, creative requests
• Liaise with core delivery stakeholders (Ops, Creative, Legal, Commercial) including defining
• Help drive the forecasting process for all Predicts promotions, as well as monitoring promo
• Contribute to post-mortem promotion analysis for major Predicts moments, offering insights and
• Proactively ideate on new promotional constructs and opportunities to enhance near- and long-term

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in gaming, sports, or a highly-regulated industry.
• Proficiency manipulating data and performing calculations in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF
• Meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, and
• Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills; using data to tackle problems and translate
• Strong understanding of promotions, loyalty programs, and customer retention strategies.
