• Assist users to maximize platform value
• Answer questions via Intercom, Slack, phone, or email
• Read API docs to troubleshoot and guide customers
• Collaborate with CSMs, Solutions Engineers, and Ops
• Provide cross-functional input to improve processes
• Work in a fast-paced startup environment

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role
• Technical background by experience or education
• Conversant in SQL or willing to learn basics
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills
• Curiosity, ambition, humility
• Excellent verbal and written communication
