Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• Drive customer retention, product adoption, engagement and long-term value across a portfolio of
• Act as the primary relationship owner for non-enterprise customers, ensuring proactive support
• Conduct regular customer engagement, performance reviews, health monitoring and best-practice
• Reduce churn and increase customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for tier optimisation and growth.
• Work closely with State Managers, Account Executives, Onboarding and Advertising teams to deliver a

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Sales Support or
• Proven ability to manage a large customer portfolio while maintaining high levels of engagement and
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage confidently with business owners and
• Experience conducting customer reviews, presenting performance insights and delivering value-based
• Ability to identify at-risk customers and implement retention strategies to improve customer
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation and influencing
