📋 Description

Own day-to-day and strategic client relationships in data/analytics.
Map stakeholder landscapes and build rapport at all levels.
Translate complex analytics into business value aligned with KPIs.
Lead regular client check-ins, QBRs, and roadmap sessions.
Oversee delivery with onshore/offshore teams to meet scope and quality.
Drive account growth and commercial expansion with Practice Leads.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in client-facing roles (account mgmt/digital consulting).
Proven ability to grow accounts with senior stakeholders.
Comfortable with budgets, SOWs, renewals, upsell.
Familiar with GA4, Adobe Analytics; DV360/CM360 a plus.
Excellent communicator; translate tech to business language.
Exposure to cloud environments (GCP/AWS) or data analytics concepts.
