Data Product Manager, Derivatives (12 months contract)

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data-driven product initiatives/campaigns for Derivatives such as
• Analyze trading and user behavior data to surface trends, quantify opportunities, and turn them
• Design data-informed trading experiences that improve engagement, conversion, and retention
• Partner with Engineering, UI/UX, Marketing, Compliance, and other teams to execute and ship
• Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive continuous optimization based on

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in product management, data analysis, or a closely related field, with a track record of
• Solid understanding of derivatives trading mechanics; crypto derivatives experience strongly
• Strong analytical skills across data analysis, user insights, and business intelligence —
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable product decisions and measurable outcomes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; experience leading cross-functional
• Bilingual English/Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
