Data Science Manager

📋 Description

• Manage and mentor a team of 3 Data Scientists within Marketing Data Science
• Own marketing measurement for North America, including campaign and event measurement, churn
• Embed AI-driven insight generation and agentic analytics into the team's daily delivery
• Set operating rhythms to help a globally distributed team prioritize and sustain delivery
• Present complex analysis simply to drive business decisions
• Work with SQL, Python, BigQuery, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and GTM

🎯 Requirements

• Practical marketing measurement experience across campaigns, events, churn, and funnel effectiveness
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Solid Python skills
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and causal thinking
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and BigQuery
• Experience with AI-driven and agentic analytics
