Deal Desk Manager

📋 Description

• Own regional Deal Desk execution for the US region
• Support deals across new business, renewals, upsells, and amendments
• Structure and review deals in Salesforce and CPQ for accuracy
• Collaborate on pricing guidance, discounts, and non-standard terms
• Ensure quotes and order forms are aligned before signature
• Support quarter-end timing with speed and accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Ops, Deal Desk, or similar
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software preferred
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce; CPQ experience a plus
• Familiarity with quote-to-cash, pricing, approvals, and deal workflows
• Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Process-oriented, fast-paced, and automation-minded
