Deployed Product Manager, Health Systems

📋 Description

• Own product and revenue outcomes for health system accounts
• Go on-site with customers, observe workflows, and draft specs
• Make build-vs-configure trade-offs for engagements
• Own sprint delivery for accounts, unblock engineers, balance speed and reuse
• Build extensible product so one account becomes a configurable module
• Drive adoption and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in a technical or analytical field
• 4+ years in product roles
• Love software and believe great design helps users
• Build with AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code) and show results
• Fluency with core LLM concepts (prompting, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation)
• Nice to have: experience in health tech and EHR integrations
