• Build the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for Provider Acquisition, translating them into
• Own acquisition performance and investment decisions: deliver MQL volume and quality, improve
• Establish the performance framework, data, instrumentation, attribution, and reporting that connect
• Define the audiences and markets where Zocdoc is best positioned to win, prioritize provider
• Reimagine acquisition as a connected growth system, bringing ABM, paid and organic search, web
• Run a fast learning loop through bold experiments across audiences, channels, creative, offers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading acquisition, growth, demand generation, digital, performance, or integrated
• Have built acquisition capabilities from strategy through activation, conversion, measurement, and
• Deep expertise in performance marketing and strong working fluency across ABM, paid and organic
• Have owned budgets and outcomes against a rigorous scorecard including ROAS or payback, incremental
• Analytically rigorous: design experiments, assess incrementality, understand attribution limits
• Connect channel performance to qualified pipeline, active providers, revenue, and durable provider
