Director, Engineering

📋 Description

• Serve as the technical authority for development-phase engineering of data center on-site power
• Evaluate technical feasibility and risk for proposed customer solutions and Generate investments
• Establish Large Load development and design standards that enable repeatable execution at scale
• Lead early-stage technical diligence in partnership with development, commercial, and investment
• Oversee engineering interfaces with owner's engineers, EPCs, utilities, and technology providers
• Support project delivery teams from Notice to Proceed through commercial operation

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience engineering power generation projects, including engines, turbines, fuel
• Experience designing and delivering utility-scale or large-load power projects
• Strong familiarity with EPC and design-build delivery models, including owner-furnished equipment
• Proven ability to balance innovation with standardization and execution discipline
• Comfortable operating in a cross-functional environment with commercial, development, and
