📋 Description

• Own engineering for all of Cloud Observability
• Manage ~40 engineers via Engineering Managers (manager-of-managers)
• Shape roadmap with product leadership; help craft strategy
• Drive AI adoption across engineering; tooling to product features
• Navigate cross-team dependencies across Agent, Telemetry Onboarding, Integrations, Action Platform, Infra Monitoring
• Build and retain talent in NYC, Boston, and Paris; mentor managers to director readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Directly managed Engineering Managers, not ICs
• Deep cloud provider experience; large-scale cloud ops
• Understand cloud economics; balance performance and cost
• AI-first leadership; embed AI in teams
• Proven to shape product decisions, not just specs
• Based in NYC, Boston, or Paris; English in cross-Atlantic org
