10+ years in delivery/Execution operations
5+ years in a leadership role with global teams
Proven ability to run day-to-day delivery operations
Strong knowledge of execution mechanics (pricing, bookings, deal desk)
Proficient with PSA/ERP/CRM platforms (Salesforce, Certinia/FinancialForce, Workday); SQL and AI
Excellent communication and influencing skills
