📋 Description

• Lead client calls and provide strategic investor engagement counsel.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics.
• Draft investor materials: presentations, press releases, earnings readouts.
• Plan and execute roadshows, meetings and investor events; travel as needed.
• Manage retainers and ensure accuracy of invoicing; 90% utilization target.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams across client accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years in finance/healthcare/comms/consulting; agency exp preferred.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication, leadership and strategic thinking.
• Confident writer and presenter; comfortable with C-Suite; able to influence.
• Bachelor's degree required; JPMorgan Healthcare Conference experience in SF.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel; tech-savvy with AI tools.
