📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of carrier relations specialists across LATAM, fostering a collaborative
• Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to analyze market trends, understand customer demand
• Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with regional and local carriers and other
• Navigate complex local telecommunications regulations and upcoming policy changes to proactively
• Implement and monitor localized KPIs to assess supplier performance, route quality, and cost
• Act as an escalation point to resolve regional carrier/supplier service issues, minimizing

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in the telecommunications services industry, with at least 5 years in a
• Deep expertise in LATAM telecommunications markets, local carrier ecosystems, and regional
• Proven experience collaborating with Sales and Go-To-Market teams to align infrastructure/supply
• Strong negotiation, influence, and communication skills in complex multi-country environments.
• Data-driven, analytical approach to decision-making and route optimization.
• Fluency in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
