📋 Description

• Lead month-end close and consolidation for global accounting.
• Oversee opex accruals, prepaids, payroll, and intercompany transactions.
• Support product accounting and translate launches into procedures.
• Optimize processes to shorten close time.
• Lead ERP and system implementations as financial systems DRI.
• Ensure audit-ready close and coordinate with auditors.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years accounting experience; bachelor’s in accounting or business.
• 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills; lead process improvements.
• Proven leadership with automation and projects.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Coupa, Workday, Oracle FCCS.
• Proactive communicator and problem-solver.
