Director of Benefits

📋 Description

• Own the strategy, design, and delivery of benefit programs for Robinhood's global workforce.
• Lead a team, manage key vendor relationships, and partner with Legal and Finance on compliance.
• Engage in annual renewals and M&A due diligence related to benefits.
• Shape benefits philosophy from first principles to attract and retain top talent.
• Work across regions to ensure competitive and compliant programs.
• Role is based in Chicago, IL; Menlo Park, CA; and New York, NY with in-person attendance expected 5

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in benefits with global program design/implementation experience
• Deep expertise across US and international health, welfare, retirement, and leave
• First-principles approach to program design, processes, and policies
• Strong analytical skills for modeling costs, utilization, and ROI
• Proficiency with AI tools and willingness to experiment with new tools
• M&A benefits due diligence and integration experience
