📋 Description

• Set technical direction across US Ticketing, working with Engineering Managers and Staff+ engineers
• Lead the evolution of a mature, business-critical platform, balancing client commitments and

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading multiple engineering teams and Engineering Managers in a complex software
• Strong technical judgment and architectural depth to engage credibly with senior engineers on
• Willingness and ability to contribute technically when it is the highest impact path—including
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development and a strong perspective on how AI
• Experience evolving mature, business-critical systems while ensuring continued customer value
• A track record of converting ambiguous product/business problems into actionable technical strategy
