📋 Description

• Define and execute the technical strategy and roadmap for CLEAR’s member-facing platforms
• Lead and develop a team of Engineering Managers and senior ICs, building a high-performing
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Security, and Engineering leadership to align on
• Own vendor strategy and integrations across CRM, payments, and billing platforms, ensuring cost
• Establish and uphold engineering standards, driving best practices in system design, reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of leading and scaling engineering organizations, including managing managers and teams of
• Driving large-scale platform initiatives such as system re-architecture, vendor migrations, or
• Setting a high bar for engineering excellence through strong technical judgment and organizational
• Building and sustaining high-performance teams with a focus on accountability, ownership, and
• Operating with ownership and delivering measurable outcomes in fast-paced, complex environments
