• Originating, negotiating, and closing high-impact partnerships with leading consumer brands, major
• Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations with key partners, structuring multi-year agreements that
• Serve as the primary executive-facing relationship owner for Robinhood's most strategic partners

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in partnerships, business development, or strategy within fintech, consumer
• Deep expertise in the financial services ecosystem: payment networks, banking infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to lead commercial negotiations end-to-end including revenue-share models, API
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
• An established network within major payment networks (Visa, Mastercard), top-tier banks, or
