📋 Description

• Own the People Operations function end-to-end, global payroll, employee lifecycle, Talent
• Design People Operations architecture for AI-first automation, building systems, agents, and
• Map manual admin steps and prioritize automation opportunities
• Turn People programs into self-serve playbooks for managers
• Lead and develop a team of two (Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and People Operations Manager)
• Handle complex employee relations and compliance cases with Legal

🎯 Requirements

• Operations or leadership experience, ideally through a comparable growth-stage transition
• Systems architecture thinking: designing how platforms and data work together
• Hands-on experience building automations or AI agents
• Experience writing frameworks or playbooks that managers can run independently
• Ability to thrive with ambiguity
• Series B or growth-stage scale-up experience (nice to have)
