• Lead and develop the full product team (Product Managers, Product Owners, Communications), setting
• Define and maintain product direction in alignment with company strategy, in close partnership with
• Own and drive product roadmaps across all product lines, balancing strategic investment with
• Ensure strong execution discipline across the product function, including backlog prioritisation

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years in product management, including leadership of teams and accountability for product
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Design or a related field
• Strong understanding of both software and hardware development lifecycles
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and commercial domains
• Experience building or maturing product organisations and processes
