🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in product design, including 5+ years managing managers.
• A portfolio demonstrating design leadership, craft, end-to-end ownership, and product excellence.
• Strong customer advocacy, with design decisions grounded in data and business context.
• Experience building complex products, ideally B2B SaaS.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and enthusiasm for guiding teams to prototype
