• Owning go-to-market strategy and positioning across our consumer portfolio, serving as strategic
• Leading and coaching a team of PMMs, setting the standard for audience strategy, messaging
• Informing the product discovery with market context, validating user needs and competitive dynamics
• Championing the shift toward scalable GTM capabilities and AI-native ways of working to maximize

🎯 Requirements

• 12–15+ years of relevant marketing experience, including 8+ years in product marketing and
• Deep experience with consumer products or marketplaces, ideally where trust, choice, and repeat
• Track record of shaping company-level narrative and positioning, not just individual product
• A systematic coach who uses structured approaches to assess talent, build development plans, and
• Can navigate ambiguity and competing priorities, making sound tradeoffs with incomplete information
• Exceptional communicator who can translate complex or sensitive topics for senior leaders and
