• 10+ years leading complex cross-functional programs at senior levels.
• Systems builder with operating models, playbooks, and scalable frameworks.
• Executive-ready; able to drive VP-level decisions without coaching.
• Experienced applying AI as an operational tool with real impact.
• Developer of senior talent; builds independent high-performing teams.
• Outcome-oriented and metric-driven; defines success upfront.
• Experience supporting large-scale GTM or customer-facing tech orgs.
• Familiar with AI-enabled capabilities in operations and tooling strategy.
