📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal BD teams and external project partners to plan and execute user operation
• Own pre-launch testing, product optimization, and potential GTM initiatives for campaigns/products
• Build a data analysis framework using AI tools and generate actionable operational insights.
• Experience in product or operations roles with leading DeFi protocols such as Morpho / Aave /
