📋 Description

• Scale Sierra University by managing curriculum operations, certification programs, learner
• Coordinate programs that grow Sierra's global builder community, creating opportunities for
• Drive partner enablement operations in partnership with the Partnerships team, ensuring partners
• Create and maintain developer-facing resources—including documentation, tutorials, videos, and
• Plan and execute ecosystem events, including certification launches, builder summits, partner
• Build and improve the operational systems, reporting, and processes that enable the Partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in ecosystem operations, developer relations, community programs, partner
• Experience operating and scaling customer, partner, or developer programs.
• Experience creating developer-facing content, including documentation, tutorials, videos, or
• Fluent in modern AI tools and workflows, with hands-on experience leveraging AI to improve
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing both customer-facing
• Highly organized, execution-oriented, and energized by building scalable programs in fast-moving
