📋 Description

• Program analytics & measurement: Build or improve dashboards that track program effectiveness
• AI-assisted operations: Identify manual, repetitive workflows and design AI-powered solutions to
• Program design & iteration: Analyze participation data, employee feedback, and outcome signals
• Operational systems improvement: Work with internal platforms to improve data quality, user
• Change management & communication: Support change management strategies and stakeholder

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations
• Proficiency in Google Workspace with working familiarity with at least one project management or
• Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and present data to inform operational decisions (e.g.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to draft content
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
