Enablement Lead

📋 Description

• Own onboarding and ramp programs for core Sales and Operations teams, including developing
• Build and manage Savvy's ongoing enablement program, including recurring training, refreshers
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, Product Marketing, and other subject-matter experts to
• Diagnose capability and performance gaps across teams and determine when enablement can
• Create engaging training experiences that emphasize practice, application, and behavior change
• Establish and track metrics across ramp time, proficiency, training effectiveness, adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development, sales enablement, operations
• Experience building or meaningfully improving onboarding and ramp programs for customer-facing
• Exceptional facilitator and teacher who can make complex or dry topics simple, practical, engaging
• Think about enablement through the lens of business performance with a focus on faster ramp
• Comfortable diagnosing ambiguous performance problems, identifying underlying capability gaps, and
• Strong cross-functional partner who can work effectively with senior leaders and SMEs
