📋 Description

• Collaborate with recruiting on offers in real time as trusted advisor
• Consult with HRBP, Recruiting, and Managers to drive compensation decisions for GTM
• Use external data to maintain a competitive job catalog for Tech Solutions and Admin teams
• Provide updates on industry trends and best practices, especially stock
• Partner with compensation colleagues to support data gathering, analytics, and benchmarking surveys
• Identify when standard programs miss business needs and suggest improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in compensation; expert understanding of comp survey data and providers
• Supported technical and admin teams; aligned comp strategy to drive performance
• Experience in public or high-growth SaaS/tech companies, with global teams
• Analytically rigorous and business savvy; translates data into actionable insights
