Engineering Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead delivery of engineering work packages to cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and stakeholders, managing dependencies and risks.
• Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and delivery performance.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support bid, change, and growth activities including estimating and planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering project or work package management in complex technical environment.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management.
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of risk and opportunity management, delivery governance, performance reporting.
• Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Naval, Security or regulated sectors.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical military background.
