• Lead and grow a team of engineers, setting a high bar for quality, ownership and pace, while

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex initiatives
• Able to set direction, raise standards, and get quality outcomes shipped
• Strong technical background across modern stacks; ideally .NET, frontend frameworks (Angular or
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture and distributed systems, including event-driven
• Experience with modern engineering practices, not limited to CI/CD, infrastructure as code
