📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end success of the team’s product area, including delivery, quality, reliability
• Partner with Product Management to connect engineering priorities to customer and business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, with strong people-management skills across
• 7+ years of experience in Firmware / Embedded Engineering or related systems software, with
• Strong technical judgment in embedded or systems software, with the ability to evaluate
• 5+ years of professional software development experience in C/C++, Go, Python, and/or another
• Demonstrated experience managing complex delivery, including planning, prioritization, staffing
• Strong product and business judgment, with the ability to make trade-offs across customer value
