Engineering Manager I, Commercial Audit

📋 Description

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution of Commercial Audit initiatives.
• Build and grow a high‑performing team of engineers and analysts.
• Partner with Information Security to operationalize a common control framework.
• Drive internal tooling to automate evidence collection and dashboards.
• Define and track program metrics: control coverage, audit efficiency, automation adoption.
• Embed compliance‑by‑design into CI/CD and cloud‑native services.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading security engineering, GRC, or risk teams with AI automation.
• Strong coding background: review Python/Go; understand Kubernetes and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Deep understanding of HIPAA, SOC2, PCI, ISO 27001, FedRAMP at scale.
• Clear communicator translating complex tech/regulatory requirements into plain language.
• Systems-thinking mindset; consider upstream and downstream impacts.
• Experience in SaaS/cloud infra with security at scale.
