📋 Description

• Set the technical and execution direction for a full-stack team that brings together capabilities
• Shape the strategy and evolution of AI-enabled patient experiences across Ro, balancing rapid
• Partner closely with Product and Design to translate complex healthcare workflows and underlying
• Turn ambiguous patient and business problems into clear priorities and executable plans, defining a
• Work across engineering teams to connect the systems that power the patient experience, identify
• Stay close to execution — coaching and developing engineers while digging into technical decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading and developing high-performing engineering teams, with a track record of
• Demonstrated ownership of meaningful consumer-facing products or experiences, with the ability to
• Strong product and UX instincts and a desire to build experiences that make complex underlying
• Technical depth and judgment that allow you to engage meaningfully in architecture and
• A track record of operating effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and creating clarity
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, including experience aligning
