📋 Description

• Own Flip's presence at trade shows and conferences end to end
• Identify the right events across retail, healthcare, and transportation
• Negotiate sponsorships and booth packages
• Manage all logistics
• Build detailed event plans and timelines well in advance
• Coordinate across sales, marketing, and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing B2B trade shows and industry conferences with end-to-end ownership
• Retail industry familiarity is a strong plus
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Proven budget ownership and ROI fluency
• Strong leadership on the ground
• Natural collaborator who translates creative ideas into flawless execution
