Executive Communications Director, Chief Product & Technology Officer

📋 Description

• Iterate and execute an annual executive communications strategy and plan that positions the Chief
• Take the pen on all content coming from Twilio's CPTO including keynotes, internal presentations
• Partner with PMM and CorpComms on impactful, forward-thinking communications that tell Twilio's
• Propose opportunities and concepts for thought leadership to elevate Twilio's R&D leadership's
• Develop content to represent R&D at quarterly Company All Hands meetings and other key internal
• Drive communications for ongoing change management initiatives within the R&D function.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in communications, including a minimum 3 years in a dedicated executive
• 5+ years in the tech industry
• Experience writing for, working directly with and influencing CEOs, C-level executives, and SVPs
• Strong executive presence and ability to advise on communications strategy to all levels of the
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively across
• Excellent project management skills
