📋 Description

• Drive new referral partnerships in your assigned market through cold calling and in-field engagement
• Travel within a 40-50 mile radius of your territory
• Grow and manage your existing book of referral partners, delivering ongoing partner success and
• Own your pipeline in Salesforce, keeping activity and forecasts current and organized
• Document learnings on messaging, sequencing, and conversion performance, and share weekly metrics
• Build trust across every level of a practice — receptionist, practice manager, clinician

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of field sales, outside sales, or high-volume outbound experience (BDR, SDR, physician
• Track record of hitting activity and quota targets
• Grit and resilience in cold outreach
• Curious and coachable, able to learn fast and adapt
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Organized and disciplined with pipeline management
