Finance [Big] Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Support AP/AR, reconciliations, transaction processing, and month-end close.
• Connect financial and operational systems using APIs, connectors, and integrations.
• Build and maintain workflows to extract, transform, validate, and organize financial data.
• Use Python, SQL, and Excel to analyze financial data, support reporting, and identify discrepancies.
• Develop automated solutions to streamline accounting, reporting, and finance operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits and credits, journal entries
• Coursework, internship experience, or practical exposure to accounting, bookkeeping, or financial
• Ability to understand financial transactions and how they are recorded and reported.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Xero, or other accounting systems is a plus.
• Understanding of APIs and how different software applications communicate.
• Ability to build, configure, or troubleshoot automated workflows and integrations.
