Finance Manager, FP&A

📋 Description

• Own and manage the FP&A calendar, ensuring timely execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes for assigned business lines
• Develop and maintain financial models that support strategic planning, headcount forecasting, and
• Create executive-level reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into key business metrics
• Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flow, and operational drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and
• Partner closely with Accounting and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between financial

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting, or related
• Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis skills
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial planning/reporting tools
• Experience as a Finance Manager or lead FP&A role
