Finance Systems Lead

📋 Description

• Own finance systems strategy, configuration, and roadmap, partnering with contractors or vendor
• Lead the implementation and ongoing administration of our finance systems and tools
• Own finance system integrations end to end, ensuring clean data flow between ERP, planning
• Partner with People on HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring accurate data flow between HRIS, payroll
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations on CPQ and commission systems, ensuring pricing, quoting
• Serve as a systems thought partner across finance-adjacent tools, even in areas where another team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in finance systems, business systems, or related systems administration role
• Experience implementing or administering a financial planning tool
• Experience integrating systems across finance and adjacent functions, such as HRIS/payroll or
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to build automation and workflows and to direct
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills, able to work with Accounting, FP&A, People, Sales
• Comfortable operating as a systems generalist across a broad stack, not a single-tool specialist
