Forward Deployed AI Engineer (In Training)

📋 Description

• Identify high-value customer problems and define business outcomes for AI solutions
• Architect and build production AI systems including multi-agent workflows, orchestration, tool use
• Complete hands-on training placement in Turing Akademia
• Own client outcomes from discovery through deployment and measurable impact
• Present work to stakeholders and explain technical decisions
• Manage expectations and respond constructively to pushback

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a software engineer or full-stack developer
• Experience with programming, APIs, databases, backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and software
• Client-ready communication skills
• Ability to reference ambiguity and work with stakeholders
• Ownership and learning agility
• Prior experience with AI, LLMs, RAG, or agentic systems helpful but not required
