Forward Deployed Finance Engineer, Private Credit

📋 Description

• Engage with direct lenders, opportunistic and specialty finance managers, BDC managers, and insurer
• Lead pilots on live opportunities and guide lenders on AI capabilities.
• Build screening, underwriting, and credit committee workflows in client templates and formats.
• Perform credit analysis work including lender presentation and CIM review, QoE analysis, cash flow
• Support post-close portfolio management including compliance certificate review, covenant tracking
• Lead discovery, demos, training, onboarding, and custom builds alongside Account Executives and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience on an investment or underwriting team at a direct lender, private credit
• Strong command of credit documents and data, including lender presentations, CIMs, QoE and data
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Comfort with prompting and agentic AI workflows.
• Executive presence and relationship-building skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
